Do I need to bring my own gloves for BOXING?

We have gloves available, free of charge. We do always encourage you to wear your own gloves if you’ve got a pair.

Do I need wraps for BOXING?

We recommend waring wraps to protect your wrists and knuckles when boxing.

What do I wear for BOXING?

Whatever you feel comfortable to train in. We advise wearing proper training shoes suitable for working out. It is important your feet, ankles and knees are supported.

Should I bring water?

100% boxing is a very active sport and you will sweat out a lot of water.

Do I need to be fit to join?

No! Boxing is an excellent way to get fit. Our training sessions cater to all fitness levels, and you'll improve your fitness as you train.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

That's absolutely fine! The majority of our members start with no boxing experience. Our coaches will teach you everything from the basics up, at your own pace.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, memberships are flexible and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. We just ask for notice at the end of your current monthly period.

Is there a joining fee?

No, there are no joining fees. You only pay your monthly membership or per-session rate. Your first session is always free!
